Enak Enak

Full brand identity and touchpoint design for an established halal family restaurant.

About

Enak Enak is a halal family restaurant that has been a fixture in Singapore since 2005, serving a wide spread of local and western dishes, from Chilli Crab and handmade Dim Sum to HK Style Baked Rice and a Beef King Burger on hot plate. With nearly two decades of history behind it, the restaurant needed a visual identity that honoured that heritage while feeling current enough to compete in a crowded market.

Overview

This was a solo freelance project covering the full brand identity from the ground up. Working closely with the client to understand their values and vision, I developed a new logo and a complete design style guide that could hold everything together across every customer touchpoint.

The work extended well beyond the logo. Packaging, menus, uniforms, signage, and marketing materials were all designed within the same system, ensuring that whether a customer was walking in off the street or unwrapping a takeaway order, the brand felt consistent and considered. Typography, colour, and layout decisions were all made with the restaurant's warmth and community focus in mind, a brand that feels approachable and lively without losing its sense of identity.

The result is an identity that sits comfortably between modern and familiar, fitting for a restaurant that has earned its place in the community and wants to keep growing.
